Programs for Avimor Families
Adult Krav Maga
Avimor adults who train with us are typically already active: hikers, cyclists, people who use the trail system regularly. They’re not looking for a fitness program. They’re looking for practical self-defense skills to complement a lifestyle that already takes them outdoors and into situations where awareness and capability matter. The trail system north of Avimor is beautiful. It’s also isolated in stretches. Awareness and capability aren’t paranoia, they’re good sense for people who spend time in remote areas.
Women’s Self-Defense
Avimor women who trail run, hike, or spend time outdoors alone have specific considerations beyond standard urban self-defense scenarios. Our women’s program covers all of it: awareness in isolated environments, how to handle approaches, physical techniques that work regardless of the attacker’s size advantage. The 15-minute drive makes consistent training achievable.
Kids Krav Maga
Avimor kids grow up in a community that values capability and outdoor confidence. Our kids program, Little Dragons (4-5), Kids (6-10), and Teens (11-14), adds self-defense skills and anti-bullying strategies to that foundation. Family Training

- From Avimor main entrance: South on Eagle Road to Chinden Blvd, east on Chinden. We’re on the north side of the road at the Eagle Road/Chinden intersection. About 12-15 minutes.
- Traffic note: Eagle Road south of Avimor can back up during peak hours. Evening classes are well-timed to avoid the worst of it — the commute loosens up by 6pm most days.
