Women's Self Defense Seminar

Ladies of the Treasure Valley you don’t want to miss this opportunity to arm yourself with self defense skills. There is no experience required to attend and we promise you will be safe, have fun, and learn some practical skills.

Each class will have a different theme and focus. In the first series we will cover basic striking, defenses vs chokes and bearhugs, knife defense as well as how to use an improvised weapon to protect yourself when traveling.

We are offering a three pack of our very popular women’s self defense classes with a very special offer. If you purchase 2 classes you will get the third for free.

Each class will be taught by one of our Black Belt Instructors. Our team is made up of several male and female Instructors and they are amazing at getting each student to learn the skills needed.

These classes are for anyone over 13 years of age. We strongly encourage you to bring a friend and make a day out of it. This is a great way to try out our incredible program to see if it is a good fit for you.

Saturday Morning APRIL 18th 9:30-11 AM

Saturday Morning June 20th 930-11 AM
